Yellville-Summit School was honored to have Mrs. Wanda Roe, former Y-S librarian, present scholarships in memory of her daughter, Ramona Roe, who was a member of the Yellville-Summit Class of 1960. Mrs. Roe is 100 years old and made the drive to Yellville from Pea Ridge, Arkansas. Mrs. Roe kindly donated $25,000 to the Yellville-Summit Scholarship Fund to be given to current and future graduating seniors. The faculty, staff, students, and parents deeply appreciate Mrs. Roe and the generous donation in memory of her daughter. The following 2021 graduates each received a scholarship in the amount of $1,000: Madison Weaver, Holiday Derosier, Jacy Riddle, Isabella Royce, and Kasey Struckle.
