The Student Council, along with the Student Body President who is elected by the entire 7-12 grade student body, are 17 members strong. Two male and two female students from each 9-12 grade class are selected by the classes to represent them on the council. The Student Council hosts the Annual Veteran's Day Assembly and two Red Cross blood drives each year. The council also donates time to the local Methodist Church to assist them with their blood drives. The council is an advisor group of students who take and submit suggestions and concerns to the administration and the School Board, if needed. The council conducts fundraisers each year and takes a field trip in the spring to celebrate their accomplishments.
