Yellville-Summit School is having
Kindergarten Registration
When? March 29, 2022 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Where? In the basement of Y.S. Central Office(located across from the elementary building)
Why? To register children 5 years of age on or before August 1, 2022 for the upcoming school year
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
1. Birth certificate
2. Immunization record
3. Social security card
4. Proof of EPSDT (well child screening) within the past 2 years
IMPORTANT NOTES:
*Call the Marion County Health Office @ 870-449-4259 to make an appointment for immunizations if they are not complete.
